  • All tags attached and in the original packaging.

Please note that the following items are not eligible for return:

  • Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

To begin the return or exchange process:

  2. Return Instructions: Our team will send you the necessary return instructions and address. Please return the item within 7 days of receiving the instructions.

3. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please mention this when contacting us. Once the original item is returned, we will ship the new item to you. If the desired item is unavailable, we will offer a store credit or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Clearance or sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Personal items such as underwear or swimwear (for hygiene reasons)

6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost. Please provide clear photos of the damage or defect when you contact our customer support team.

7. Shipping Costs for Returns

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective, damaged, or incorrect item. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.

8. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund within the stated processing time, please first check your bank account. Then, contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
